The Merely affair we ate out of cans were pork and beans and chili. I've eaten a "zillion"(?) meals cooked on a three burner kerosene stove. I know because as the youngest "whippersnapper" in campsite, I had dish drying duty! LOL! After graduation and living on my own, I ate alot of Dinty Moore Beefiness Stew....simply it wasn't what momma made!
